Is this type of enclosure right for my subwoofer? Although our enclosures are designed for a Diamond Audio subwoofer, they will also work well with a large variety of  other subwoofers.  The internal volume of each enclosure is listed with each specific model.   Our enclosures are sealed which gives the warmest and most accurate bass response.

Why would I choose an Audio Integrations Perfect Fit™ enclosure?

Your Audio Integrations Perfect Fit enclosure is built from the highest quality products and materials and is designed to fit your vehicle specifically.  The connection terminals of the enclosure are gold plated and allow up to 8 gauge speaker wire.  Each of our enclosures is filled with dampening material called Poly Fill, to aid in the sound quality of the enclosures, and are pre-wired ready for a subwoofer.  With so many options available, you can completely customize your enclosure to match your vehicle's interior and style.


After ordering my enclosure, how long until I receive it? If your enclosure is currently out of stock, it may take up to 10 days to manufacture and ship. If it's currently in stock and payment is verified, we will ship it within 3 business days. However, please be sure to call or email before ordering because of constant changes to our stock, the site may not accurately reflect quantities available.

How do I order an enclosure?

There are two ordering options available...

  1. You can order online by creating an account with us and paying with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or American Express through our secure and safe AUTHORIZE.NET site.                                                                                                                                          
  2. You can call us during our business hours and place an order over the phone using Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or American Express.

 We require that you include the 3 digit security code from the back of you card, also referred to as the CVV code, on all transactions.  You must also include the billing address where your statements are sent each month for AUTHORIZE.NET to be able to verify, using the Address Verification System (AVS). We are very committed to preventing fraudulent online activity and urge you to call us if you have any questions or concerns. 


Do I pay sales tax on my purchase? No, unless your purchase is shipped to the state of Washington.  All shipments sent to Washington will include applicable sales tax.

Do I pay for shipping and handling? Yes. When placing an order online or over the phone, your shipping and handling costs will be calculated according to your zip code and added to your purchase.  You also have the option to choose more expedited shipping methods at additional cost.

How do I track my shipment after ordering? Once your item is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification including a tracking number.

Does my enclosure include any warranty?

All of our enclosures include a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship. Trim rings, terminal cups and fabric carry a 2 year limited warranty against defects.  This does not in any way include damage caused from mishandling, improper use or lack of proper installation.  Your enclosure was designed and built using high quality materials and under normal use should never have a problem,  Audio Integrations will use our own discretion as whether or not to repair or replace it.  If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your enclosure, and it is within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly refund you the full purchase price of the enclosure, less any shipping and handling fees.

Does my Diamond Audio Subwoofer include a warranty? Yes!  Audio Integrations is an authorized dealer for Diamond Audio, therefore all subwoofers include Diamonds full warranty.  All Diamond Audio subwoofers that fail under normal conditions have a one year manufacturers warranty. You must register with Diamond Audio  within 30 days of original purchase. Any damages that are caused to the subwoofer due to mishandling or improper installation are not covered.  All warranty issues are handled directly by Diamond Audio.  The customer is responsible for any and all shipping and handling charges.  Diamond Audio does require that any product returned for warranty repair or replacement be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt.  Contact Diamond Audio for assistance on defective returns. www.DiamondAudio.com

Is it safe and secure to order online from Audio Integrations? Yes!  Our website is protected by secure 128 bit Verisign security certificates.  All of your transactions are protected, and we have even implemented additional security features, such as requiring the entry of the CVV code from the back of your credit card.  AVS, or Address Verification System, is also another layer of protection that we have added to protect you from unauthorized use of your credit card.  All credit card purchases are transmitted between secure socket layers for maximum security by one of the largest online merchant processors, AUTHORIZE.NET 

One of the main concerns people have with ordering online is “sending their information out onto the Internet somewhere.”  Once your order is received, we will send out an email automatically so that you feel confident in knowing that we have received your order.  As always though, if you would like to speak to a real person you can always call or e-mail us.


What is your return policy on the products I purchase online? We offer a 30 day return on all products purchased online ( not including shipping costs ). The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs to Audio Integrations.  The product must be returned with all original packaging and receipt of original purchase.  Return authorization is required by Audio Integrations and can be obtained by either calling, or emailing Audio Integrations directly.

Will purchasing an Audio Integrations enclosure make me any cooler? Yes! Definitely.  By purchasing an Audio Integrations enclosure you have now become the envy of all your friends.  You'll probably be promoted at work, hook back up with the one that got away, and in general life will just be much easier.  Oh yeah, plus 47Hz has never sounded better!
